INGREDIENTS

  • 12 oz Rotini pasta cooked and drained
  • 15 oz Alfredo Sauce
  • 1/3 cup ranch dressing
  • 2 1/2 cups cooked and diced Chicken
  • 1 cup shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 7 strips bacon, chopped and cooked

DIRECTIONS

  • Preheat oven to 350. Whisk together Alfredo sauce and ranch dressing in a medium bowl until combined. Mix the two cheeses together. Rub bottom and sides of a 3 quart casserole dish with butter. Combine the pasta and chicken and mix well to combine.
  • Add 1/2 pasta chicken mixture to the casserole dish and top with 1/2 sauce. Mix all well to combine. Sprinkle with 1/2 the cheese blend. Add remaining pasta chicken mixture and top with remaining sauce.
  • Place casserole into hot oven and cook for 25 minutes if the pasta and chicken were hot when placed into the casserole dish. . If the pasta and chicken were at room temperature when combined and placed into the casserole dish, place in oven and cook for 45 minutes.
  • After 25 or 45 minutes as applicable, sprinkle remaining cheese and bacon bits over top of casserole. Return casserole to oven and cook until cheese melts, about 5 minutes.
