INGREDIENTS

  • 8 to 10 ounces Albacore tuna
  • 2 Tbl onions, minced fine
  • 3 Tbl celery, minced fine
  • 1 tsp celery seed
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 3/4 tsp ground black pepper
  • 3/4 tsp granulated garlic
  • 6 Tbl mayonnaise
  • 3/4 Tbl vinegar

DIRECTIONS

  • Place mayonnaise and vinegar in a bowl and mix well. Add tuna and using a fork, break-up the chunks of tuna. Mix all well.
  • Add the onion and mix well. Add the celery and mix well. Add the celery seeds and mix well.
  • Add the salt and mix well. Add the pepper and mix well. Add the garlic and mix well.
  • Place the bowl of tuna salad, covered, into the refrigerator to chill. Once chilled serve on bread of choice; sliced bread, hamburger bun or hoagie. Add iceberg lettuce. Add condiments as desired.
