INGREDIENTS

  • 8 small bone in, skin on chicken thighs
  • 2 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 1/2 tsp Kosher salt
  • 1 tsp ground coriander
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 ground black pepper
  • 1/8 tsp ground cardamom
  • 1/8 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 2 medium cloves garlic, grated or minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 lemon quartered, for serving, optional

DIRECTIONS

  • Preheat Gourmia Air Fryer Oven to AIR FRY 400°F. Mix spices, garlic and oil together until a paste is formed.
  • Rub spice paste evenly on chicken thighs.
  • Place chicken skin side up on Air Fry Basket.
  • Cook chicken in center of oven for 20-25 minutes or until skin is crispy and chicken is cooked through. Serve with lemon wedges.
