INGREDIENTS

  • 2 5ounce cans boned chicken, coarsely cut up (1 1/2 cups)
  • 1 1/2 cups sliced celery
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • Dash of pepper
  • 2 teaspoons minced onion
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup crushed potato chips

DIRECTIONS

  • Combine all ingredients except potato chips; toss lightly.
  • Heap into 4 individual baking dishes or 9-inch deep pie plate. Crush potato chips; sprinkle over all.
  • Bake in very hot oven (450°F.) 15 minutes or until lightly browned.
