INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 3 Tbls. all-purpose flour
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1 can (15-1/4oz) whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 can (14-3/4oz) cream-style corn

DIRECTIONS

  • Preheat oven to 350° F. In a large bowl, combine sugar and flour.
  • Whisk together eggs, milk, butter, salt and pepper.
  • Stir egg mixture into flour mixture and mix well.
  • Pour into a greased 1 1/2 qt. baking dish. Bake, uncovered, for 45 - 50 minutes or until a knife inserted near the center come out clean. Yields about 10 servings.
