INGREDIENTS

  • Red Rooster Louisiana Hot Sauce
  • liquid margarine or butter
  • garlic powder
  • cayenne pepper

DIRECTIONS

  • NOTE: 1 serving will coat 60 - 70 wings. For all sauces, combine ingredients and mix well. Any hot sauce will work, but Red Rooster is an excellent quality hot sauce. If actual liquid margarine or liquid butter is not available, melt the prescribed volume of butter or margarine to have the required ounces.
  • MILD SAUCE (to make a pint: adjust amounts to make less sauce) 8 oz Red Rooster Louisiana Hot Sauce, 8 oz liquid butter, 1 tsp. garlic powder.
  • MEDIUM SAUCE 8 oz Red Rooster Louisiana Hot Sauce, 4 oz liquid butter, 2 tsp. garlic powder.
  • HOT SAUCE 15 oz Red Rooster Louisiana Hot Sauce, 1 oz liquid butter, 1 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper, 2 tsp garlic powder.
