INGREDIENTS

  • 30 - 40 corn tortilla chips
  • 2 15oz. canned chili with beans
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • pickled jalapeno slices, to taste
  • pickled jalapeno slices juice, to taste

DIRECTIONS

  • Heat the chili over medium heat until the chili is bubbly. Turn the oven broiler on.
  • Spread the tortilla chips over a flat sheet pan to cover the pan entirely.
  • Pour the chili over the chips covering the chips solid as much as possible. Sprinkle cheese over the top of the chili to cover. Spread jalapeno slices and jalapeno juice over the cheese.
  • Place the sheet pan under the broiler to melt the cheese. Once the cheese is melted, remove from the oven and serve.
