INGREDIENTS

• 1/2 cup mayonnaise
• 1 1/2 Tbl. finely minced onion
• 1 Tbl. sweet pickle relish
• 1 1/2 tsp. shredded and chopped carrot
• 1 1/2 tsp. sugar

DIRECTIONS

• Make bits of carrot about the size of a grain of rice.
• Combine all ingredients in a small bowl and mix well.
• Best when chilled.
• Use with any seafood item and also great on fish sandwiches.
