INGREDIENTS

  • 4 cups Green or White Cabbage, raw, shredded
  • 1 medium Carrot
  • 2 cups Cauliflower
  • 1 tablespoon Unsalted Butter
  • 2/3 cup Heavy Cream
  • 1/8 teaspoon Nutmeg, ground

DIRECTIONS

  • Shred the cabbage and carrot. Chop the cauliflower into bite sized pieces.
  • In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Sauté cauliflower, carrot and cabbage until the cabbage is wilted, about 3 minutes.
  • Add cream and bring to a boil. Reduce heat, and simmer, stirring occasionally, until vegetables are crisp-tender and sauce is thickened, about 10 minutes.
  • Season with salt, pepper, and nutmeg.
