INGREDIENTS

  • 2 pounds ground beef, 90% lean
  • 1 (10.75-ounce) can of condensed golden mushroom soup, undiluted
  • 1 (10.75-ounce) can of condensed cheddar cheese soup, undiluted
  • 1 (20-ounce) package of frozen crinkle-cut fries

DIRECTIONS

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F. Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  • In a large skillet, cook the beef over medium heat until it is no longer pink, about 5-7 minutes. Drain the grease from the skillet.
  • Stir the golden condensed mushroom soup and condensed cheddar cheese soup into the beef. Pour the beef mixture into the prepared dish. Arrange the french fries over the top and fully cover the beef mixture.
  • Bake uncovered until the fries are golden brown, about 50-55 minutes. Serve.
