Garlic Parmesan Salad Dressing Recipe is very good on buffalo chicken wings and is also a nice change for garden salads simply made using liquid margarine or butter or margarine, granulated garlic, Parmesan cheese and salt.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 gal liquid margarine, or melted butter or margarine
  • 12oz granulated garlic (not garlic salt)
  • 12oz Parmesan cheese, finely grated
  • 4 tablespoons salt, optional

DIRECTIONS

  • Mix all ingredients well.
  • NOTE: a liquid gallon is 128 oz. To make a quart of dressing, reduce liquid margarine to 32 fluid oz. and adjust other ingredients accordingly. To make a pint, reduce liquid margarine to 16 fluid oz. and adjust other ingredients accordingly.
  • P.S. This is also an excellent dressing for tossing buffalo chicken wings.
