INGREDIENTS

• 4 slices deli ham
• 4 slices deli turkey
• 2 hoagie buns
• sub sandwich dressing, to tastes, search recipes
• lettuce, shredded, optional
• 4 tomato slices, optional
• mayonnaise, to taste, optional
• mustard, to taste, optional
• pepperoncini peppers, optional
• sweet banana peppers, optional
• bell pepper slices, optional
• black olives, sliced, optional
• onion, thinly sliced, optional

DIRECTIONS

• If hoagies are not split, use a serrated knife and split the rolls in half, length wise.
• Search recipes and prepare choice of sandwich dressing.
• Place two slices of ham and two sliced of turkey on the bottom of each hoagie. Works well to place a slice of meat onto the hoagie with the edge of the meat even with the edge of the hoagie and then fold the meat back over onto itself. Alternate the slices of meat by starting the meat on the opposite edge of the hoagie than were the slice already on the hoagie started.
• Once meat is on the hoagies, add any optional items desired. Sprinkle sandwich with sub sandwich dressing to taste. Top bottoms of hoagies with tops and serve.
