INGREDIENTS

  • 2 lbs chicken wings
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1/4 cup pineapple juice
  • 2 cloves clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup onion, minced
  • 3 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp dry mustard
  • 1 tbsp ginger, minced

DIRECTIONS

  • Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl, minus the wings.
  • Put the wings into the bowl and toss well to coat with the marinade.
  • Cover the bowl with plastic wrap, refrigerate and marinate for at least 4 hours and even better overnight.
  • Heat oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment. Place wing onto the paper in a single layer with space between the wings. Bake wings for 45 minutes or until an instant read thermometer registers 170°F.
