INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup long-grain rice
  • 3 Tbl dried minced onion
  • 1 Tbl dried parsley flakes
  • 1 Tbl beef bouillon or 3 beef bouillon cubes
  • 1/2 tsp dried thyme leaves
  • 2 Tbl minced garlic
  • 1 T black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 Tbl dried oregano
  • 2 bay leaves

DIRECTIONS

  • Mix all ingredients well.
  • Use as directed in recipe for jambalaya.
