INGREDIENTS

  • 4 medium Turnips
  • 2 tablespoons Light Olive Oil
  • 1 1/2 tsp. Kosher salt
  • 1/4 tsp. Black Pepper, ground
  • 1/2 tsp. Chili powder

DIRECTIONS

  • Heat oven to 425°F.
  • Cut turnips into 2 x 1/2-inch sticks. Drizzle with oil and sprinkle with salt and chili powder. Toss with your hands to coat well.
  • Place on a foil-lined sheet pan. Spread out in a single layer.
  • Roast fries 30 minutes, turning halfway through cooking time for even browning. Serve immediately.
