Lime Tortilla Chips Recipe creates a unique and tasty dipping chip by brushing flour tortillas with a mixture of grated lime peel, lime juice, canola oil and honey then cutting tortillas into wedges and baking until crisp.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 teaspoon grated lime peel
  • Dash of salt
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 2 teaspoons olive or canola oil
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • 4 flour tortillas (8 inches in diameter)

DIRECTIONS

  • Heat oven to 350°. Spray large cookie sheet with cooking spray. Mix all ingredients except tortillas. Brush lime mixture on both sides of each tortilla. Cut each tortilla into 12 wedges. Place in single layer on cookie sheet. Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until crisp and light golden brown; cool. Store in airtight container at room temperature.
