INGREDIENTS

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt-plain
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons seasoning salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper

DIRECTIONS

  • Place all ingredients except chicken into a large bowl and stir to mix well.
  • Heat oven to 375°F. Prepare a baking pan with a wire rack for the chicken. Cover the pan with aluminum foil. Place the rack in place on the pan on top of the foil.
  • Place individual breasts into the yogurt mixture and coat well. Place the breasts onto the wire rack.
  • Bake at 375°F for 45 minutes or until juices run clear.
