INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup walnuts, hazelnuts, or almonds
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 egg white
  • 1 tablespoon butter, softened

DIRECTIONS

  • Chop nuts into very fine pieces - about 1/8 inch, or about the size of coarse bread crumbs. A food processor works well. Add the sugar, egg white, and butter and heat until blended.
