INGREDIENTS

• 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
• 1 cup sour cream
• 1 cup sliced mushrooms
• 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
• 1/2 tsp dry mustard
• 2 cups cooked shrimp
• 1 lb. spinach cooked

DIRECTIONS

• Combine soup, sour cream, mushrooms, Parmesan cheese and mustard in saucepan.
• Simmer, stirring well; blend in shrimp.
• Drain hot cooked spinach; place in serving dish.
• Pour shrimp mixture over spinach; toss to blend. Garnish with toasted coconut.
