INGREDIENTS

• 2 1/4 cups bread flour
• 1 tbs. dry milk
• 1 tbs. Canola oil
• 1 to 2 tbs. Cajun seasoning
• 1/2 tsp. salt
• 1 1/2 tbs. honey
• 1 1/2 tbs. ketchup
• 1 tbs. Worcestershire sauce
• 1 1/2 tsp dry onion flakes
• 4/5 cup water
• 2 tsp. active dry yeast
• 1 tsp Fast rise yeast

DIRECTIONS

• Prepare bread according to your bread-machine instructions.
• Note: Cajun seasoning depending on how "hot" you want the bread to be.
