INGREDIENTS

• 1/2 cup butter
• 1/4 cup vinegar
• 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
• 1/4 cup sugar (more if sweet sauce preferred)
• Salt, pepper and garlic salt to taste
• 2 cups catsup
• 1/4 cup lemon juice
• 1/2 cup water
• 1 large onion, chopped
• 2 teaspoons Tabasco

DIRECTIONS

• Combine ingredients and simmer 20 minutes over medium heat.
