INGREDIENTS

• 1 No.2 tin tomatoes
• 1 teaspoon grated onion
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 teaspoon sugar
• 2 tablespoons butter
• 2 tablespoons flour
• 1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

DIRECTIONS

• Combine first 4 ingredients and simmer 15 minutes. Put through a strainer to remove seeds.
• Melt butter, blend in flour, and add tomatoes and Worcestershire sauce, stirring until sauce boils and thickens.
