INGREDIENTS

• 4 1/2 Tbl flour
• 3/4 tsp salt
• 1 1/2 cups milk
• 3/4 cup butter
• 1 1/2 cups sugar
• 3/4 cup shortening
• 1 Tbl vanilla extract
• 1 Tbl butter flavored extract

DIRECTIONS

• Place flour, salt and milk in a sauce pan. Cook over medium heat, do not boil, stirring constantly until thick. Let cool completely.
• Cream butter, sugar and shortening in separate bowl.
• Stir vanilla extract and butter flavored extract into butter cream mixture.
• All milk/flour mixture to bowl and cream together. Frost cooled cake.
