Veal Cutlet Cordon Bleu Recipe is veal with a hint of crispy crust of flour, eggs and bread crumbs with wonderful companions of ham and cheese in this wonderfully tasty veal cutlet recipe.

INGREDIENTS

  • 12 thin slices veal
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 6 thin slices Swiss cheese
  • 6 thin slices boiled ham
  • Flour
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 3/4 c. bread crumbs
  • 3/4 c. butter

DIRECTIONS

  • Pound the veal slices with a meat hammer until flat, then sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  • Place 1 slice cheese and 1 slice ham on 6 veal slices and cover with remaining veal slices.
  • Pound edges together. Dip in flour, then eggs. Dip in crumbs.
  • Fry in the butter in a skillet until brown on both sides. Place on a platter and garnish with parsley, cherry tomatoes and onion rings.
