INGREDIENTS

  • 3 pounds chicken wings
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 cup soy sauce
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 3/4 teaspoon garlic powder, optional

DIRECTIONS

  • Arrange the wings in a shallow baking pan.
  • In a saucepan over medium heat, heat the butter, the soy sauce, the brown sugar, the water, the mustard, and the garlic powder until the butter and the sugar melt. Allow the sauce mixture to cool.

  • Bake the wings in the same pan until the wings are cooked through at 165 degrees F, about 1 hour 15 minutes-1 hour 30 minutes. Drain the wings on paper towels. Serve.
