INGREDIENTS

  • 4 cups shredded chicken
  • 16oz (two packages) of cream cheese, at room temperature
  • 1 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup red hot sauce
  • Tostito Scoops® for serving
  • Celery sticks

DIRECTIONS

  • I used 4 legs and 4 thighs to make this dish. Placed the chicken into a 350°F oven and baked for 40 minutes. Checked the internal temperature with instant read thermometer and took the chicken out of the oven at 165°F. Placed the chicken into a bowl, covered, and place in refrigerator. Once chicken cooled enough to handle, removed meat from legs and thighs discarding the bones and skin.
  • A food processor will work best for combining the ingredients. If a food processor is not available, chop the chicken into 1/4-inch cubes.
  • Heat oven to 350°F. In a large bowl, combine the chicken and other ingredients and mix well to combine. Spray a 9-in x 13-in casserole dish with cooking spray. Pour the chicken mixture into the casserole dish and even the mixture out over the entire dish.
  • Place the chicken mixture into the heated oven and bake for 25 - 30 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F. Serve with Tostito Scoops® and celery.
