  • 10 3/4-oz.can cream of celery soup
  • 1/3 cup packed brown sugar
  • 27-oz. can sauerkraut, drained
  • 1 1/2 lbs. Polish sausage, cut into 2-inch pieces and browned
  • 4 medium potatoes, cubed
  • 1 cup chopped onions
  • 1 cup (4 oz.) shredded Monterey Jack cheese


  • Combine soup, sugar, and sauerkraut. Stir in sausage, potatoes, and onions.
  • Cover. Cook on Low 8 hours, or on High 4 hours.
  • Stir in cheese and serve.
