Delicious Ground Beef for Two Recipe

This recipe is for those on the go, but is also delicious and tasty enough to be a main course for a family. So simple and easy using ground beef, sauteed onions, Lawry's salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1/4 medium onion, chopped medium
  • 1/2 tsp. Lawry's Salt
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • black pepper, to taste
  • salt, to taste
  • 1 Tbl. oil, for sauteing onion

DIRECTIONS

  • Place skillet on medium heat. Pour oil into heated skillet. Add onions. Saute onions, stirring occasionally, until onion are translucent. Remove onions from skillet. Set aside.
  • In same skillet, add ground beef (hamburger meat), crumbled and cook until meat is barely browned. Drain any grease from meat with colander. Return drained meat to skillet.
  • On medium-low heat, add onions to browned meat and stir. Sprinkle meat with Lawry's salt - stir. Add garlic powder - stir.
  • Add salt and pepper to taste. Allow meat and onion to heat through. Serve and enjoy. Goes great with pork and beans!! Increase ingredient amounts if for more than two.
