  • 1 lb. shrimp, heads off and deveined
  • 1 stick butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Juice from whole lemon
  • 1/4 tsp. Old Bay®
  • 1/4 tsp. red pepper flakes
  • 1 cup fresh parsley, chopped


  • Place butter into skillet large on medium-low heat and melt the butter.
  • Add garlic to melted butter and stir to distribute the garlic throughout the butter. Stir the garlic in the butter and sauté for about a minute.
  • Add the remaining ingredients, stirring to mix well with each addition. Turn the heat to medium and allow butter mixture to heat for about 2 minutes, stirring while heating.
  • < Slowly add the shrimp to the butter mixture and space the shrimp out flat in the skillet if possible. Once the shrimp begin to turn pink/orange on the bottom, flip the shrimp over. After both sides of the shrimp have turned orange, cook for one minute on each side. Remove shrimp from skillet and pour sauce over. Serve. /span>
