INGREDIENTS

  • 12 escargots (canned)
  • 1 stick butter
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 12 small fresh mushroom caps
  • 3/4 cup fresh Parmesan cheese

DIRECTIONS

  • Cook escargot with butter and garlic in a sauce pan for 15 min.
  • Meanwhile, put mushroom caps in escargot cups. Now place escargot in mushroom caps.
  • Pour butter and garlic mixture over escargot.
  • Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
