INGREDIENTS

  • 1 lb. steak
  • 1 Tbsp oil
  • 1 pkg. onion soup mix
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 large green pepper, cut into strips
  • 2 Tbsp cornstarch
  • 1/2 cup cool water

DIRECTIONS

  • Cut steak into 1/2-inch x 3-inch strips. In a large skillet, fry steak in oil until brown; do not flour. Remove steak to a holding platter.
