INGREDIENTS

  • 2 lb. chicken tenders
  • 1 cup pineapple juice
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/3 cup soy sauce

DIRECTIONS

  • Note: Chicken breasts may be used in this recipe just as well as chicken tenders. If breasts are used, just cut them into tender size pieces.
  • Combine the pineapple juice, brown sugar, and soy sauce and stir to mix well.
  • Place the chicken into a crock-pot. Pour the soy sauce mixture over the chicken. Stir the chicken around in the sauce to coat all well with the sauce.
  • Place a lid on the crock-pot, turn the temperature to low and cook for 6 hours. Enjoy.
