INGREDIENTS

  • Pork spareribs
  • Lawry's® Seasoned Salt
  • Barbecue Sauce, of choice

DIRECTIONS

  • Heat oven to 250°F. Trim any excess fat from the ribs. Remove membrane from back side of ribs, if possible. Sprinkle both sides of the ribs liberally with the seasoned salt. Wrap the ribs tightly in aluminum foil removing any access to air. Place the wrapped ribs onto a large sheet pan.
  • Place the ribs into the heated oven on the middle rack. Bake the ribs for 1 hour 30 minutes.
  • Prepare grill as normal to have the grill heated when the ribs are removed from the oven. Remove the ribs from the foil and place onto the grill grate. Cook the ribs, turning occasionally. Monitor the temperature of the ribs with a digital thermometer.
  • As the ribs approach 185°F, begin basting the ribs with barbecue sauce of choice, continuing to turn occasionally. When ribs are turned over, apply more barbecue sauce. Remove ribs from the grill when the internal temperature of the ribs is between 190 and 203°F.
