INGREDIENTS

  • 1/4 cup doenjang
  • 4 scallion white potions sliced thin
  • 4 scallion green tops slice into 1 1/2 inch portions
  • 1 tbsp gochujang
  • 1 tbsp water
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 2 tsp toasted sesame oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced

DIRECTIONS

  • Place all ingredients for the ssamjang into a bowl and mix well.
  • Place into an air tight container and refrigerate.
