INGREDIENTS

  • 1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 6 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/3 cup lime juice
  • 1/3 cup orange juice
  • 1/3 cup pineapple juice
  • 1 tbsp yellow mustard
  • 1 1/4 tsp cumin, ground
  • 3/4 tsp oregano, dried
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • 3/4 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes

DIRECTIONS

  • Place the oil into a large sauce pan over medium heat.
  • When the oil begins to shimmer, add the garlic and stir.
  • Continue to stir until the garlic is slightly brown, about five minutes.
  • Remove from heat and add the other Mojo ingredients, stirring well after each addition.
