INGREDIENTS

  • 3 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 cup warm water (between 95° and 115°F)
  • 2 tbl yeast
  • 2 tbl honey
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt

DIRECTIONS

  • (Note: this dough may also be prepared with a food processor or by hand. See recipe for Pizza Dough using Food Processor or Pizza Dough.) Place all ingredients into bread machine and set to "dough only" setting. Start machine.
  • Once the machine beeps or gives it's indication that the dough is ready, the dough is ready to be rolled out and use.
  • This dough can also be made in advance and refrigerated for a day or so, or even frozen. Be sure to let the dough come to room temperature before using.
