INGREDIENTS

  • 2 or more Eggs
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. vinegar

DIRECTIONS

  • Half fill a rather deep frying pan with boiling water. Add a teaspoon of salt and a teaspoon of vinegar.
  • Break the eggs, one at a time, into a deep sauce dish, and slide carefully into the rapidly boiling water.
  • Simmer until the eggs are cooked through, about five minutes.
  • Carefully dip a little of the boiling water over the tops of the egg yolks. To remove, use a perforated tablespoon so the eggs will not break.
