INGREDIENTS

  • 3 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • Salt
  • Dash if oregano

DIRECTIONS

  • Poach the chicken breasts in the broth and allow to cool in the broth.
  • Remove skin and discard. Shred by using fingers or two forks. The meat will also shred easily in a food processor using the plastic blade: Cut chicken into chunks, place a few pieces at a time into the container, and process briefly.
  • Lightly salt the chicken and sprinkle with oregano; mix together.
