  • 1 can Ro Tel Diced Tomatoes and Green Chiles, drained
  • 1 bag bacon pieces
  • 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 3 package phyllo pastry cups – thawed


  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • Mix the first 4 ingredients and scoop evenly into the cups. Place on baking sheet and bake for 15 min.
