INGREDIENTS

  • 6 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
  • 6 slices Swiss cheese
  • 1 (10.75-ounce) can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 (6-ounce) package chicken stuffing mix
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted

DIRECTIONS

  • Spray a slow cooker with nonstick cooking spray. Place the chicken breasts on the bottom of the slow cooker.
  • Cover the chicken with the slices of Swiss cheese.
  • In a small bowl, combine the cream of chicken soup and the milk. Pour the soup mixture over the chicken and the cheese.
  • Sprinkle the stuffing mix over the mixture and then drizzle the melted butter over the top. Cover and cook until the chicken breasts are tender and cooked through, about 4-6 hours on low or 2-3 hours on high. Serve.
