  • 1 large chopped onion
  • 3 cups cooked, chopped venison roast
  • 2 medium potatoes, cut in about 16 pieces
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 3 cups beef broth from roast
  • 1/4 tablespoon seasoned salt and black pepper
  • 1/2 tablespoon chili powder
