  • 1T liquid smoke
  • 3T soy sauce
  • 5 dashes hot sauce
  • 1/3C Worchestershire Sauce
  • 1T onion powder


  • Prepare the meat to the desired jerky portions.
  • Mix all ingredients well.
  • Place the meat into a glass or stainless steal marinading dish. I suggest you not put the meat in a container that may react to acidity ingredients.
  • Pour the marinade over the meat and mix well to coat all sides of the meat with marinade. Marinade the meat for as long as you would like, mixing/stirring occasionally to keep the meat coasted with the marinade. Cover the marinade dish and refrigerate while marinading the meat.
