I have tried this recipe on both beef and venison and it is an all around very good marinade - makes for very tasty jerky.

I really enjoy making this recipe. It makes a super good snack and it is healthy as it is lean meat and so so good.

No need to buy that expensive jerky from the store - this recipe is better and a whole lot cheaper. This is a good marinade.

This is a very nice marinade. Jerky makes a wonderful snack and I really enjoy jerky. This recipe gives a very nice taste to the jerky.

Very good marinade, but next time I will use a little less liquid smoke.
