Veal Steak Parmesan Recipe is easy, fast, and loaded with delicious veal, cheese, onions, green peppers, salt and pepper, egg, flour, butter, bouillon and tomato paste in creating this delicious veal recipe.

INGREDIENTS
|
2 pounds veal steak, 1 inch thick
|
Salt and pepper
|
1 beaten egg
|
3 tablespoons flour
|
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
|
2 tablespoons fat
|
1 tablespoon butter or margarine
|
1 small onion, cut in rings.
|
1 small green pepper, cut in rings
|
1 tablespoon flour
|
1 cup bouillon
|
1 tablespoon tomato paste
|
|

DIRECTIONS
|
1:
Season veal with salt and pepper. Dip in beaten egg and roll in combined flour and cheese.

Place in a skillet with melted fat and
saute slowly until well browned and tender, allowing about 15 minutes for each side.

Melt butter in top of double boiler;
add onion and green pepper and cook
until tender. Place over boiling water;
add flour and stir until well blended.
Gradually pour in bouillon and cook,
stirring constantly, until mixture thickens.

Stir in tomato paste and season to
taste with salt and pepper. Place steak
on a hot platter, garnish with radishes.
Serve with tomato sauce.
