Spicy Beef Tartare Recipe is a very light and tasty dish which makes a great appetizer using green onion, parsley, radish, beef sirloin, tenderloin or fillet and egg yolk, lemon juice and capers to make this tasty tartare recipe.

INGREDIENTS
|
1 small green onion, cleaned,
trimmed, and cut in 1-inch
pieces
|
2 tablespoons fresh parsley,
cleaned and trimmed (1
tablespoon chopped)
|
1 radish, cleaned and trimmed
|
1/2 pound beef (sirloin,
tenderloin, or fillet), cut in
1 inch cubes
|
1 egg yolk
|
1 tablespoon lemon juice
|
1 tablespoon capers
|
Drop of Dijon mustard
|
Salt
|
Freshly ground black pepper
to taste
|
3 drops Tabasco
|
|
|
|
|
|
|

DIRECTIONS
|
1:
Using steel blade of food processor, process green onion, parsley, and radish together until finely chopped. Add meat and remaining ingredients and process, using quick on/off
motions, to desired consistency. Serve with triangles of black bread.
