Corn Flake Meatloaf Recipe uses ground beef, eggs, onion, evaporated milk, onion soup mix, garlic powder, ketchup, brown sugar and corn flakes to create this delicious meatloaf dish.

INGREDIENTS
|
2 lb. ground beef, lean
|
2 eggs, beaten
|
1/4 cup onion. minced
|
1/4 cup canned evaporated milk
|
1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
|
1 teaspoon garlic powder
|
1/2 teaspoon salt
|
1/2 teaspoon pepper
|
1 cup ketchup, divided in half
|
1 and 1/2 tablespoons brown sugar
|
2 cups Corn Flakes crushed finely
|

DIRECTIONS
|
1:
In a large bowl, with your hands, mix the ground beef, beaten eggs, 1/2 the onion soup mix, onion, garlic powder, 1/3 cup ketchup, pepper, evaporated milk, and crushed corn flakes.

Place onto a greased baking dish with sides and form into a loaf. Mix remaining ketchup, and brown sugar and pour over loaf.

Cover tight with foil and bake 350°F for 45 minutes.

4:
Remove foil and bake an additional 15-25 minutes (or until fully cooked). When finished cooking, remove from baking dish right away.
