Cowboy Cornbread Recipe is a meal in itself using hamburger meat, Ro-Tel tomatoes, ranch style beans, Mexican style cornbread, cream style corn and Cheddar cheese to create this delicious and tasty cornbread.

INGREDIENTS
|
2 lbs of hamburger meat, lean
|
2 cans (10oz. each) Ro-Tel tomatoes with chilies, drained
|
1 can Ranch style beans, drained
|
2 packages Mexican style cornbread
|
1 can cream style corn
|
Shredded Cheddar cheese, or cheese of your choice
|

DIRECTIONS
|
1:
Brown hamburger meat and drain. Add Ro-tel tomatoes and Ranch style beans. Simmer 10 minutes.

2:
Make cornbread batter per directions. Add creamed corn to cornbread mixture. Add shredded cheese to mixture; mix well.
|

3:
Pour half of the cornbread mix in the bottom of a large skillet, pour meat mixture on top of cornbread mixture. Top with more cheese.

4:
Pour remaining cornbread mix on top. Bake at 350°F until cornbread is done or tooth pick inserted into the center comes out clean.
