Panettone French Toast Recipe uses panettone, an Italian sweet bread, and eggs, butter, confectioner's sugar and fresh berries to create a delicious and very tasty French toast recipe.

INGREDIENTS
|
2 extra large eggs
|
1/4 cup butter or 2 tbsp sunflower oil
|
4 large slices panettone, halved
|
2 tbsp confectioners' sugar
|
fresh berries
|
|
|
|
|

|
DIRECTIONS
|
1:
Break the eggs into a bowl and whisk
lightly, then tip them into a shallow
dish. Heat the butter or oil in a large
non-stick frying pan.

Dip the panettone slices in the egg
and fry for 2-3 minutes on each side,
until golden brown. Drain, dust with
sugar and serve with the berries.
