Crockpot Breakfast Casserole Recipe uses the ease of a crockpot by combining hash browns, eggs, milk, ground mustard, sausage and shredded cheddar cheese to create this delicious breakfast casserole.

INGREDIENTS
|
1 bag 26 oz. frozen hash browns
|
12 eggs
|
1 cup milk
|
1 tablespoon ground mustard
|
1 16 oz. roll sausage: maple, sage or regular sausage.
|
Salt and pepper
|
16 oz. bag shredded cheddar cheese
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|

DIRECTIONS
|
1:
Evenly spread hash browns at the bottom of crock pot. Crack 12 eggs in a large bowl.
Mix well (and slowly) using a whisk. Add the milk. Add ground mustard and salt and pepper. Set aside.

Cook the sausage and drain. Set aside.
|

Add the egg mixture and sausage to the crock pot. Add the cheese. Using a wooden spoon, mix everything well.
|

4:
Cook in crock pot, on low, for 6 - 8 hours.
