Ham Wedges Quiche Recipe uses Bisquick to make a dough which is briefly baked and then adds eggs, sour cream, shredded cheddar cheese, green onions, onion salt then tops with chopped smoked ham before baking this delicious ham quiche dish.


INGREDIENTS
2 cups Bisquick® baking mix
1/2 cup cold water
3 eggs, beaten
1 cup dairy sour cream
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese (about 4 ounces)
1/2 cup sliced green onions
1/2 teaspoon onion salt
1 cup finely chopped fully cooked smoked ham


DIRECTIONS
1: Heat oven to 425°F. Grease 12-inch pizza pan. Mix baking mix and water until soft dough forms; beat vigorously 20 strokes. Gently smooth dough into ball on floured cloth-covered board. Knead 5 times.
 
2: Press dough on bottom and up side of pan with floured hands Bake 10 minutes.
 
3: Mix eggs, sour cream, cheese, onions and onion salt; pour over crust. Sprinkle ham over egg mixture.
 
4: Bake until set, about 25 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before cutting.
